I agree, most games anymore are giving into the instant gratification of at least be able to get decent gear, even if not the Rank A best legendary etc item. Not sure what the old drop rates were but I remember grinding and grinding and grinding WW's and maybe getting one platemail a week lol. And it was not a good stat enhance when it did drop =P. I think people, at least myself, would rather sift through a lot of platemail drops than not see anything at all.

I believe there is a happy medium, and I believe we can find it!

Hello, im up here to help in anything you need. I think server needs mainly, new maps, monsters, events, weapons, armors, in one word a whole "restyle". I know this is hard to make it but its easy to get ideas from the ones that wants to go on playing this great game. Introducing a new City could be great, making new farming zones. Starting all over 0, doesnt makes much sense to the ones that played for years and spent lots of hours hunting.
The Pvp wont change ever, best pvp game always.
I hope Helbreath back to what one day was, with massive active people .
thanks,
Ulises

Hey there scream!
Thank you for the ideas, people like you have gone into great details behind alot of these in other areas of the forums, check them out and dive in!
Sadly starting over is not something we will be able to get away from in the new game. New game, new stat references and possibly new mechanics and even new abilities there is no surefire way to merge the old with the new. Hopefully if things go right it will be a much more enjoyable process, rather then an chore that seems to punish more than give.
Hang in there! And feed us your ideas!

I just got so excited. HB USA was so fun back in the day. And yes, pvp was the best part of the game. Used to play elv as Narch/Pepsi-Coke. I'm pretty sure I remember Goose and Mastershake. Looking forward to the new game.

What about just calling it Abaddon. Also, thoughts on adding a 3rd town to add to the mix.
Also, I hope you don't remember a MasterShake from USA because that was not my name way back then lol, although if it was someone else, I'll be hijacking the name. I was LicktySplt (Elvine)

I was LicktySplt (Elvine) Doesn't ring a Bell off hand, but I spent a lot of time going between both towns (I tended to join the underdog as they flip flopped) ;-p Adding another town has been brought up, for the immediate release of the game, I don't think (at least right now) its in the initial goals. However, we will likely have it listed in our Stretch Goals.

If there was a 3rd town. I can only imagine, if marketed correctly, how huge of a turn out it would be
